John Cena Promotes Himself on Upcoming "Total Divas" Program

WWE Champion John Cena recently took to Twitter to promote the upcoming WWE and E! Entertainment Network reality program, Total Divas!, which will premiere on July 28th. Cena writes,

Fans and haters rejoice! In 6 days #totaldivas is on July 28 10pm on E! Filled with plenty of ‘ammo’ as if u don’t have enuff @TMZ @eonline

Cena will face Daniel Bryan for the WWE Championship at SummerSlam on August 18th on PPV. The champ announced Bryan as the number one contender for the WWE title on the most recent episode of Monday Night Raw. As we previously reported, the Bella Twins, who are not only the girlfriends of both Cena and Bryan but the stars of Total Divas!, are expected to be part of the Cena/Bryan program.

The WWE sees the Cena/Bryan/Bellas storyline being beneficial for all of the superstars involved, as well as the new TV program. Total Divas! is set to showcase the behind-the-scenes relationships of all of the above, so the Bellas being involved in the on-air Cena/Bryan program will provide numerous opportunities for creative promotion of their new show.

Total Divas! will air every Sunday night at 10pmET on E! Entertainment Network, beginning July 28th.
