Hulk Hogan is slated to serve as host for WrestleMania XXX. According to a new report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Hogan’s role for the thirtieth anniversary of WrestleMania will be solely as host, much like The Rock’s involvement with WrestleMania 27.

As previously reported, Hogan is rumored to have signed a new WWE deal. While the company wanted the Hulkster to compete at WrestleMania XXX initially, the “Immortal” one reportedly did not pass physical fitness tests required by the company to evaluate talent. Therefore, it was deemed that Hogan would not engage in any kind of physical altercations with anyone, especially not in a match at the event.

As of now, Hogan is rumored to be returning to the company that sent Hulkamania on its legendary “wild run” very soon. Some even think that Hogan will return during the Feb. 24 edition of “Monday Night Raw,” which will coincide with the launch of the upcoming WWE Network, which will have Hogan scattered around all over it.
