After Monday Night Raw stopped the cameras on September 23rd, CM Punk came back out to the ring to entertain his hometown Chicago crowd. He even said that he was ready to give a “Chicago-style beatdown.”

Punk’s former manager and “best friend” Paul Heyman, Ryback, and Curtis Axel came out afterwards and surrounded the ring. Jerry “The King” Lawler then handed Punk a kendo stick, and he proceeded to destroy Axel and Ryback with it. Punk then got one shot on Heyman before Ryback and Axel stops the assault.

The dark match segment ended with Punk pinning Axel after hitting Ryback with a chair, causing him to fall out of the ring.
