Hey, yo. “The Bad Guy” is back.
PWInsider.com is reporting that WWE Hall of Famer Scott Hall will be in Brooklyn, New York this weekend, and may be appearing live in some capacity.
Although he is not expected to be shown during the “SummerSlam” broadcast, he may be attending the “NXT Takeover: Brooklyn” event the night before, as well as doing meet and greets with the fans throughout the weekend. Hall will be joining fellow legends Kevin Nash and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, who have also been reported to be appearing.
It had been previously reported that Hall would be joining Jeff Jarrett’s Global Force Wrestling promotion, but he decided not to participate due to his potential obligations with WWE.
Hall performed as Razor Ramon in WWE from 1992-1996, where he was a four-time Intercontinental Champion. However, he is most famous for joining WCW, along with Kevin Nash, and forming the New World Order with Hulk Hogan, launching the “Monday Night War” against WWE.
Editor’s Note:
It’s always great to see Scott Hall participating as a WWE legend. It’s no secret that he’s had some demons in the past, but he is still one of the greatest and controversial performers in wrestling history, and an important figure in the history of the business.
