The roster for the upcoming “WWE 2K16” video game just added a ton of major names.

IGN.com has confirmed 19 more playable characters for the latest iteration of the highly-anticipated next-generation console game:

  • Adam Rose
  • Bo Dallas
  • Brie Bella
  • Brock Lesnar
  • Goldust
  • Heath Slater
  • Hideo Itami
  • Jack Swagger
  • Kevin Owens
  • Neville
  • Nikki Bella
  • “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair
  • Sami Zayn
  • Roman Reigns
  • Stardust
  • Sting
  • Tyler Breeze
  • The Ultimate Warrior
  • Zack Ryder

It was confirmed last week that the likes of Eva Marie, Booker T, Sin Cara, and Summer Rae would also be included, bringing the grand total of revealed stars to 38.

There will be over 120 playable WWE superstars, legends, and Divas in total, plus more when you take into consideration the multiple attires and gimmicks.

You’ll receive access to Arnold Schwarzenegger as the Terminator if you make a pre-order.

Stephen Amell of “Arrow” fame has also teased that he’ll be included in some capacity, although that has yet to be confirmed.

“WWE 2K16? is scheduled for release on Oct. 27 in North America and Oct. 30 in Europe for the Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox 360.

Editor’s Note

2K Sports wasn’t lying. This roster is going to be insanely large. Looking forward to using more NXT stars this time around, especially Kevin Owens and Tyler Breeze – both of whom will be making their debuts with the franchise. With so many names being added to the original roster, it remains to be seen what exactly 2K will do in terms of downloadable content. Fans will have access to almost everyone right out of the gate, so what incentive will there be to invest more money into the game? More storylines? Different attire? We shall see. Nonetheless, this game is looking far more promising than “WWE 2K15” did. As long as the gameplay is tweaked, this version will be a can’t-miss product.
