Watch: Bayley Debuts at WWE “Battleground” 2016

FULL MATCH - Sasha Banks & Bayley vs. Charlotte & Dana Brooke: WWE Battleground 2016

The “hug life” had its beginnings on the battle field.

WWE has posted a new video showing Bayley’s debut on the main roster at “Battleground” 2016. Although she would not be an official member of “Raw” until after “SummerSlam,” this was Bayley’s first match on the main roster.

In the match, she teamed up with her best friend Sasha Banks, to take on the team of then WWE Women’s Champion Charlotte and Dana Brooke. The finish came when “The Boss” made “The Queen” tap out to the Bank Statement.

This Sunday at “Battleground,” Charlotte will compete in a 5-way Elimination match against Natalya, Becky Lynch, Tamina and Lana. The winner will then face Naomi for the “Smackdown Live” Women’s Championship at “SummerSlam.”

This was one of my favorite moments in all of 2016. Not only was the pop for Bayley unbelievable, but the pure joy that was on Banks’ face when her best friend finally made her debut on the main roster was one of those moments that wrestling fans live for.
