Tonight’s episode of Smackdown Live emanates from the Legacy Arena in Birmingham, Alabama. With “Battleground” this Sunday, here’s what we can expect for tonight’s show:

Jinder Mahal brings the Punjabi Prison to SmackDown LIVE

Batista vs. The Great Khali - Punjabi Prison Match: No Mercy, Oct. 7, 2007

Tonight, we get to see the return of the Punjabi Prison as Jinder Mahal sets to defend the WWE Championship inside the demonic structure this Sunday, against Randy Orton. I imagine we’ll get a recap of how exactly the structure works, but I do expect that “The Viper” will get the upper hand on the “Maharaja,” in order to spook him before Sunday.

WWE Battleground opponents square off in tag team showdown

I cannot wait for this one. AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura are teaming up against Kevin Owens and Baron Corbin in a tag team match between competitors at “Battleground.” I don’t even want to give a prediction in this one; I just want to see four of the best in the business give us what will be an amazing match up.

John Cena to address Flag Match in exclusive interview

John Cena's return is interrupted by Rusev: SmackDown LIVE, July 4, 2017

Two weeks ago, on the July 4 episode of “Smackdown Live,” John Cena made his triumphant return to the company. However, he was quickly interrupted by a returning Rusev, and a “Flag Match” was made between the two foes for “Battleground.”

I expect to see another fantastic Cena promo as he hypes up the entire WWE Universe for his match with “The Bulgarian Brute.” Anyone who says that the leader of the “CeNation” doesn’t have it anymore is absolutely insane.

Mike Kanellis to make in-ring debut against Sami Zayn

Maria & Mike Kanellis show Sami Zayn that love hurts: SmackDown LIVE, July 11, 2017

Love hurts. Tonight on “Smackdown Live,” we finally get to see the in-ring debut of Mike Kanellis. After a brutal encounter between himself, his wife Maria and Sami Zayn last week, I expect a hard-hitting and fun contest, with the “power of love” triumphing over all.

Will Breezango find the truth?

Runway Walker, Texas Rangers are on the case in San Antonio: SmackDown LIVE, July 11, 2017

I love Breezango. They are one of the most entertaining acts on “Smackdown Live,” and each week, they continue to up their game. What wacky, wild and crazy adventures will they have next? While I don’t know the answer to this, all I do know is that “the truth is not H.”
