Don’t cross the boss.

Shane McMahon attacks Kevin Owens: SmackDown LIVE, Sept. 5, 2017

In the closing segment of tonight’s show, Daniel Bryan approached Kevin Owens and said that Shane had been suspended and that they can move on from the incident. When Owens said that wasn’t good enough and that he was still going to take over “Smackdown Live,” Bryan announced that a special guest would be coming next week to address the situation.

That special guest is Vince McMahon.

Vince was last seen on WWE programming on “Raw” the night after WrestleMania 33, when he named Kurt Angle the new General Manager of the show.

Editor’s Note:

Honestly, I would have much rather seen Stephanie make an appearance and take Shane’s side. She could have said that even though they have a rivalry, no one says that Shane should not have survived a helicopter crash. Either way, it always makes me happy when Vince is back; it should make for a great segment!
