Good ‘ol J.R.,” Jim Ross, has posted a new blog over on his website, JRsBBQ.com. He provided his thoughts on several topics, but mostly delved into his thoughts from “Monday Night Raw” this past week.

It had been previously reported that Sasha Banks will defend her “Raw” Women’s Championship against Charlotte in a 30-minute Iron Man match at “Roadblock: End of the Line.” However, there have been some that have said that this feud is getting stale or has run its course.

“I find it shocking that some people, even many within the business, are complaining about how many times the two women have wrestled each other which I simply don’t understand,” he said. “I feel that both women have the skill set to carry out a long arcing storyline but in today’s microwave climate patience is not a virtue with today’s fan base for the most part.”

The ongoing feuds between Roman Reigns, Chris Jericho, Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins have intertwined as of late, and last week’s “Raw” featured a great match between “The Guy” and “Y2J.”

“Roman Reigns should buy Chris Jericho a bottle of Y2J’s favorite beverage for helping make Reigns look extremely strong Monday night in many logical ways,” according to Ross. “Jericho is the best pure ‘heel’ in the business right now for my money and he brings a great learning experience to every one that he works with in a WWE ring. Nice match on Monday night.”

A controversial angle aired this week between Enzo Amore and Lana, in which Amore was allowing himself to be seduced by a married woman in a hotel room. This, of course, led to Rusev dismantling him and throwing him out.

“While I admire WWE for trying to do something entertaining outside the arena such the Enzo and the married, Rusev family piece of business, it simply did not resonate with me,” Ross said. “Perhaps, in hindsight it was too long, I just don’t know. Fewer talents than ever have legit strengths in this area.”

Ross also discusses Jack Gallagher, The Big Show, Sami Zayn, and more.
