A tweet sent out from the official XL Center account is advertising that Goldberg will be appearing at the October 31 “Monday Night Raw” that is emanating from Hartford, Connecticut:

This is the third advertised appearance for Goldberg since the advocate for Brock Lesnar, Paul Heyman, issued a challenge for “The Man” to appear on “Monday Night Raw” next week. In addition to this appearance in Hartford, he will also be appearing at on the go-home show to “Survivor Series” in Buffalo, New York on November 14.
Rumors of Goldberg’s return to the company have been rampant since it was announced that he was going to be a playable character in the WWE 2K17 video game in May of this year. In addition, he has been making several media appearances recently, including in an interview with Jonathan Coachman on ESPN’s “Off The Top Rope” last week.
Editor’s Note:
As I mentioned in my article about Goldberg returning to “Raw,” I have very mixed feelings about this match happening. On one hand, the nostalgia that I will feel from seeing “The Man” back on WWE programming will be amazing. On the other, I question whether the two of them will be able to put on a good match, and not cause long term health issues for one another. Either way, the build for this match will be incredible, and no matter what, I will be looking forward to it.
