During the July 27 edition of “Monday Night Raw,” current WWE World Heavyweight and United States Champion Seth Rollins went one-on-one with John Cena in the night’s main event.
The big takeaway from that bout was Rollins delivering a knee right to the face of Cena, breaking his nose.
Cena was forced to undergo emergency surgery the following day to correct breathing issues he was having.
“Seth Rollins is a great wrestler. I have nothing but respect for him,” Hart said. “He’s been a good champion. He’s a hard-working wrestler, although I can’t say I forgive him for kneeing John Cena in the face the way he did, just cuz that’s….you can’t make mistakes like that in a pro wrestling ring, and you can’t call yourself a great wrestler when you make those kinds of mistakes.”
Hart also talked about his brother Owen possibly getting into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2016, which you can check out here.
Rollins will defend the United States Championship against Cena in a rematch of their “SummerSlam” bout on Sept. 20 at “Night of Champions.”
