The following are spoilers for the Sept. 3 edition of WWE “Smackdown,” which was filmed Tuesday night:

  • The show kicks off with Xavier Woods, Big E, and Kofi Kingston heading to the ring with picket signs, petitioning the Dudley Boyz’ use of tables, “endangering furniture.” Bubba Ray and D’Von come out for tag team action.
  • The Dudley Boyz def. The Prime Time Players. The New Day was on commentary.
  • Stardust vs. Neville never actually happens, as Viktor and Konnor of The Ascension lay out “The Man that Gravity Forgot.” It appears that the Ascension are now aligned with Stardust.
  • Jojo interviews Cesaro backstage, which is interrupted by “Mr. Money in the Bank” Sheamus.
  • Sheamus def. Cesaro.
  • A MizTV segment with Dolph Ziggler and Lana takes place. Summer Rae also comes out for the segment, ultimately getting physical with Lana. Miz and Dolph Ziggler needed to separate the two.
  • Bo Dallas def. R-Truth. Dallas cut a promo before the match.
  • Charlotte def. Tamina Snuka. Team Bella emerges at the top of the entrance, with Nikki Bella hoisting her WWE Divas Championship as Charlotte yells at her from the ring.
  • Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose def. Big E and Kofi Kingston of the New Day by disqualification.
