The Young Bucks, Matt and Nick Jackson, recently appeared on Edge and Christian’s podcast to discuss a variety of topics, including receiving a message from the WWE chairman prior to their match with the Hardyz over WrestleMania weekend.
Matt Jackson explained Vince McMahon’s message to the team, which was delivered by Matt Hardy prior to their match at Supercard Of Honor XI.
“We got there a little early because we were excited and we were in the ring kind of fooling around with the ladders and making all of these contraptions and stuff and [Matt Hardy] shows up and he gets these big eyes and he’s like – I could tell that he was already kind of worried. [Matt Hardy] comes up to the ring and he’s like, ‘Vince McMahon called me this morning and said, ‘hey I know these Young Buck kids are good, but could you please tell them to take care of you guys?’ So he’s pretty much passing down word to us.”
So Vince is clearly aware that the Young Bucks are one of the best tag teams in the entire world. With that said, do you think they’ll end up in WWE at some point in the near future? Or do you think it’d be better for them to stay on the indy scene? Let us know in the comments below, or over on Facebook!
