Neville has had a frustrating year in 2016. After a great run in NXT, he debuted on the main roster last year to a lot of surprising results. Many people thought he wouldn’t be able to translate and appeal to the mainstream WWE Universe, but “they” were wrong.

The Man That Gravity Forgot won the Slammy Award for “Breakout Star of the Year,” which a lot of people thought was his ticket to bigger and better things. Unfortunately, an injury forced him to miss Wrestlemania 32 and he’s been treading water ever since.

Not even the brand split has given him the opportunity to spread his wings and soar to new heights on Raw. However, the recent debut of the Cruiserweight division has many people talking about Neville and him potentially being added to the roster.

According to a report from CageSideSeats.com, the idea for Neville to be a part of the Cruiserweight division is still up in the air. As of this writing, there are no plans for him to be added to the roster and it doesn’t seem like it could happen in the future either.
