This may not seem like big news to some of you, but these are two of the most talented young wrestlers in the world signing with Ring of Honor. Considering the amount of talent that has gone to NXT and WWE this year, it’s a much-needed boost for ROH.

Ospreay and Scurll had a spectacular 2016, which has established them as two of the hottest talents in wrestling, so for ROH to get them both simultaneously is a big deal.

“The Ariel Assassin” Will Ospreay is in his early twenties and he’s already gained the reputation as one of the best wrestlers in the world. He won the 2016 Super Juniors tournament and set the wrestling world into a debate with his match against Ricochet.

Marty Scurll is known as “The Villain” and he’s one of the best technical wrestlers in the industry today. Scurll has worked everywhere. You name a promotion outside of WWE and he’s worked there. He also just won the 2016 “Battle of Los Angeles” tournament.

It’s not hard to see the point. These guys are great young wrestlers who are about to get a huge boost of exposure in ROH and there are several exciting matches for them there.
