Rumor: Randy Orton Still Hasn’t Been Medically Cleared, No Timetable For Return

The last we heard about Randy Orton, he was due to return to the ring two or three months after Wrestlemania, which puts his return date around this time.

However, there have been no confirmations about his upcoming return to the ring. In fact, there is a rumor that Orton may not be back as soon as it was expected.

Randy Orton has been out of action since last October. He missed Wrestlemania, but he’s been very happy in his personal life throughout the past eight months.

According to a rumor from CageSideSeats.com, that may continue because he has yet to be medically cleared and there is no reported timetable for his return to WWE programming.

All of this is just a rumor, but his status is very much up in the air. It’s likely he’ll be back before the WWE Draft and the powers that be are just waiting until after “Money in the Bank”, but it’s going to be interesting to watch when and what WWE does with Randy Orton once he returns.

When he went down in October, it seemed like Orton was headed into a feud with The Wyatt Family, but Bray Wyatt is reportedly turning face, so that’s not very likely anymore.
