Rumor: Roman Reigns Expected to Defeat Seth Rollins at “Money in the Bank”

A lot of people are just not going to be fans of Roman Reigns, his position in the company, or his title reign as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

“Money in the Bank” is going to be a hostile environment for him, but that’s not changing the expected result of his match with Seth Rollins.

According to a rumor from CageSideSeats.com, Roman Reigns is expected to get the win over Seth Rollins in the main event of “Money in the Bank” and remain the WWE Champion.

That’s not a huge surprise. That’s the result most people are expecting, but it’s the best result for all the parties involved.

Rollins coming back and taking the WWE title so easily would prove Reigns to be a placeholder and make it very difficult for Roman to regain the WWE Championship again.

Rollins returning to put over Reigns isn’t going to be a favorable decision within the WWE Universe, but Seth being able to return and continue at such a high level is a great accomplishment.

It’s also very likely that Reigns vs. Rollins isn’t going to end anytime soon, especially is Dean Ambrose wins the “Money in the Bank” briefcase earlier in the night.

In that case, we may have a triple threat scenario soon. No matter what WWE fans say, they’ll be happy about seeing all three members of The Shield go at it in a big match situation.
