He’s been cleared by other doctors outside of WWE, but it is the initial diagnosis that has stopped his wrestling career dead in its tracks. It’s most likely that Daniel Bryan will never be medically cleared by WWE doctors, but that’s doesn’t mean he can’t make use of his time in the company in a non-wrestling role.
According to DailyWrestlingNews, the next upcoming episode of Monday Night Raw is live from Seattle. Daniel Bryan is from Aberdeen, Washington and Seattle is his hometown as far as WWE arenas are concerned.
There is some speculation that Vince McMahon wants Bryan for that Raw in a non-wrestling appearance. Bryan would most likely appear to talk about Wrestlemania 32 and hype up other things, but the issue is that whenever Bryan is on TV, there will be an expectation that he has to address his wrestling status.
It’s going to be very interesting to see if Daniel Bryan returns to Raw and what he has to say about his status. On paper, WWE could always turn his health as a storyline to bring him back once WWE feels better about it.
