There have been a fair share of problems behind the scenes in WWE this summer as far as it goes with talent relations. Several WWE superstars have had or will have their contracts expiring this summer.

However, there are believed to be a lot more and now there are rumblings of some serious issues happening behind the scenes during contract negotiations with Triple H specifically.

According to a report from DailyWrestlingNews.com, there are some mid to lower card WWE superstars that are getting “low-balled” on their guaranteed money, or are not being offered any contract at all.

The belief is this is specifically due to the way Triple H is running the show. Obviously, all decisions are still going through Vince McMahon, but there is a massive overhaul happening of the WWE roster.

The expectation is that this will lead to a lot more releases over the next few months and the reason is to free a lot more space on the main roster for more NXT talents to debut before “Summerslam” in August.

Some of the talent involved in this situation are keeping things quiet right now to avoid backlash from the company, but we’ll learn a lot more once they’re no longer employed by WWE and they speak out.

Are you surprised to hear that Triple H and WWE are preparing for even more releases?
