At the end of Raw on Monday, Mick Foley revealed that Roman Reigns will have a non-title match with Kevin Owens next week on Raw. If he wins, he’ll be added to the “Clash of Champions” WWE Universal title match.

As of this writing, Owens will defend the WWE Universal Championship against Seth Rollins at that event no matter what happens with Reigns next week on Raw, but the creative plans for Roman have been revealed.

According to a report from CageSideSeats.com, Roman Reigns isn’t expected to defeat Kevin Owens next week on Raw and he won’t be added to the WWE Universal title match at “Clash of Champions.”

It was reported yesterday that Rusev will be on his honeymoon for at least the next three weeks, so the chance for Reigns to continue his pursuit of the United States Championship is null for the moment.

Apparently, creative plans for Reigns are going to see him have a mini feud with Chris Jericho heading into “Clash of Champions” that will begin from Jericho costing him the match with Owens next week on Raw.
