The Shining Stars Getting Big Push?

The beginning of The Shining Stars run was a little rough. There had been vignettes for weeks to the point where they went on too long, and it actually hurt Primo and Epico’s return to WWE television.

Needless to say, their debut as The Shining Stars didn’t start off with a strong reaction and the WWE Universe hasn’t connected to them yet, but they also haven’t been featured strongly on television either.

Last night on Raw, Primo and Epico got a surprising victory over Enzo and Big Cass, which the majority of people would call an insult based on the momentum and popularity of Enzo and Cass.

It’s easy to forget that since returning, Primo and Epico have been undefeated as The Shining Stars. They also reminded the WWE Universe that they were once WWE Tag Team Champions as well.

After their win last night on Raw, the two cut a promo backstage that has many within the WWE Universe believing that a bigger push is coming for The Shining Stars in Raw’s Tag Team division.
