Rumor: Cesaro Leaving WWE Before End of 2016

Right now, it’s Cesaro vs. The World in the feud and Best of Seven series with Sheamus. After a few weeks, The Swiss Superman has found himself down three matches to none, which means he can’t lose again.

Obviously, this is a huge angle to rebuild Cesaro from a huge lead in the series to force Match Seven at “Clash of Champions” in a few weeks. Either man can win that match, but one may be on his way out.

According to a report from Inquisitir.com, Cesaro could be leaving WWE when his contract expires before the end of 2016. It’s all just speculation at this point, but his unhappiness has been well documented.

His frustration with his position has even been brought to his on-screen character because he has a great point. He’s been one of the best overall performers in the ring for almost four years now, but he hasn’t held a singles championship in over three years, which is strange considering his level of talent in the ring.

There is no question that Cesaro is one of the most underutilized talents WWE has on the current roster, so a new deal is going to have to be reached and hopefully, his role on Raw will be bigger than it has been.
