Chyna Was Drinking Heavily Before Her Death Last Week

Last week, the wrestling world was stunned by the shocking death of “The Ninth Wonder of the World” Joanie “Chyna” Laurer.

It’s an unfortunate reality that foul play was immediately suspected, but it’s even more unfortunate that it’s slowly coming to light that the suspicions may have been right from the beginning.

According to a report from ProWrestlingSheet.com, Chyna was said to be drinking very heavily before she passed away last week.

The reason for her drinking was apparently dissatisfaction with not being invited to this year’s WWE Hall of Fame ceremony. It’s being said that she backed out of WrestleCon this year because she was so upset about the issue. Her snub caused her great distress as well as failing to reconnect with her family.

The report claims that the main goal of Chyna’s documentary that will still be released was to help address her relationship with WWE and her Hall of Fame situation.

Her cause of death has still not been determined, and it will take some time for that news, but it’s being looked at as a possible overdose and reports like these are showing that Laurer was showing signs of addiction at the time of her death.
