It’s a different way to go. For all intent and purpose, there are only two major wrestling promotions in the United States. WWE and AEW dominate the wrestling landscape but there are other promotions out there which have are doing some great things of their own. One of those companies is looking to shake things up a bit and the fans might be able to get in on some of those decisions.

After eighteen years of being one of the more prominent wrestling promotions in the country, Ring of Honor is starting to get its footing back again. The company was forced to stop running events due to the Coronavirus pandemic but things have picked back up. They are wanting to do something a little different so they are looking to the fans for some suggestions.

Ring Of Honor has announced a new campaign called Choose Your Honor, where fans are going to be able to choose which matches, feuds and title challengers they want to see. The choices will be made for the Experience show in January. Ring of Honor has used this concept before with a show in November 2019. Fans can vote on the choices by using the hashtag “ChooseYourHonor” on Twitter. This is the new concept that Maria Kanellis will be running on the company’s Facebook page.

Opinion: I’m curious to see how something like this goes as it could be a rather smart move for the company. Ring of Honor has not been back all that long so far and it would make a lot of sense to see what they can do to bring their audience back with them. Letting the fans choose what happens on a show is a rather rare and appealing idea so hopefully the idea catches on. Ring of Honor has been rather great since it came back and keeping things growing is important.
