Just in case you needed a change. Back in late 2017, 205 Live became the first ever all cruiserweight show in WWE. The show took some time to find its footing but has become one of the better offerings that WWE has every single week. This seems to have tied together with the show being moved to a taped format on Wednesday night and taped before SmackDown Live. Now forget all that.

According to the WWE Network schedule, 205 Live will be moving back to its old time slot of 10pm after SmackDown Live on Tuesday nights. There is no word on if the show will be airing live or if it will still be taped before SmackDown Live. The original change took place to make room for the Mixed Match Challenge, which finished its second season back in December.

They make Wednesday work. Check out how things go on the better version of the show:

Cedric Alexander vs. Hideo Itami: WWE 205 Live, Jan. 9, 2019

Opinion: I really don’t get the point of this. Other than the name, there’s no benefit from having the show air live on Tuesdays. The fans stop being interested and there’s no reason to have them stick around for an extra forty five minutes for a show that is pretty low on the list of WWE priorities. Things were getting better and I really hope WWE isn’t switching things up just for the sake of the name.
