At least there is a point. Every now and then, a storyline takes place in WWE where you may not see the end game of something that takes place. Some of these things might go on for a long time with almost no payoff, which can be rather annoying. It makes you feel like you have wasted your time and that is never a good thing for the fans. Now it seems that we are actually going to see something paid off.

One of the more interesting stories in WWE as of late has been Sami Zayn claiming a conspiracy against the company. Zayn believes that WWE is out to get him and wants all of the proof that he can find. This includes keeping track of everything he does with the help of a documentary film crew. A few clips of the footage have been released on WWE’s YouTube channel but that might just be a preview.

According to Fightful Select, WWE will be releasing the Zayn documentary as an official production between WWE and Peacock. There is no word on when the film will be released, but the WWE Network is moving over to Peacock starting on March 18. In addition to being released on Peacock, there is also a chance that the footage will be released as part of a video package on SmackDown.

Zayn has already let us have some peaks. Check out what we will be seeing:

Zayn documentary footage shows Mysterio confrontation: SmackDown Exclusive, Feb. 12, 2021

Sami Zayn cautions King Corbin's behavior in secret: SmackDown Exclusive: Feb. 26, 2021

Sami Zayn attacks a suspected mole in his documentary team: SmackDown Exclusive, March 5, 2021

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that I can go for as it is something that feels a little bit different. You can only do the same things over and over again and WWE has been guilty of such an issue for a long time now. If nothing else, it is nice to have an actual payoff to something that WWE been teasing for weeks now. You don’t get that kind of thing very often and this is something that should offer a nice change of pace.
