Hopefully they don’t throw away the key. One of the bigger feuds on Monday Night Raw as of late has been Kevin Owens running from Braun Strowman. For some reason WWE seems to think that Strowman is the good guy in all this after he’s locked Owens in a portable toilet and wrecked his car but that’s life in WWE. They’ve already been announced for a match at Extreme Rules but since the pay per view is supposed to be EXTREME, a little something extra was needed.

Make sure to check out our full Monday Night Raw results to see how this and everything else went down.

This week on Monday Night Raw, General Manager Kurt Angle announced that the previously set Owens vs. Strowman match will now be a steel cage match. The two officially met last week in a match but Owens immediately left the ring, giving Strowman a countout win in less than a minute. They have been feuding for about a month now after Owens tried to team up with Strowman for Money in the Bank but Strowman realized that it was a ruse.

No more running.

Opinion: I really haven’t been a fan of the story we’ve been presented with over the last few weeks and a cage match doesn’t exactly interest me. It makes sense for what they’re doing so far but I can’t bring myself to cheer for Strowman after he’s been such a jerk to Owens. The good thing though is I could imagine Owens and Strowman having a good match as Owens can work with any style so hopefully Sunday will be a success.
