Fandango Needs Surgery, How Long Will He Be Out?

Maybe this can save him from the last dance. There are a bunch of names on WWE’s roster who aren’t doing very much. That can be the case due to injuries, bad storytelling, or the character not being very interesting. Fandango is on the list, but not due to the last reason. He has a certain charisma to him that has made Breezango and the Fashion Files a lot of fun, but the fun is on hold, at least for the time being.

According to WWE.com, Fandango has suffered a torn labrum in his left shoulder and will be undergoing surgery on Tuesday. The expected recovery time could be six months or more, as confirmed by Fandango in a Tweet. There is no word on when the injury occurred or how long Fandango has been working through it. Fandango’s most recent match was a six man tag at a Main Event taping on June 25.

Opinion: Well that’s a shame. I know Breezango wasn’t the top team in the division at the moment but they were good as a role team who could entertain the crowd, especially in a house show setting. It’s a pretty nasty injury but hopefully he’s back and better than ever faster than the timetable suggests. If nothing else, just let them do the Fashion Files again and let them, you know, win something.
