This is only a rumor, so take it for what it’s worth.

According to a report from Wrestling StandardWWE is in the process of taking legal against the Kelloggs breakfast cereal company, due to a potential trademark violation of Booty O’s cereal.

The rumored lawsuit stems from the claim that Kellogg’s new cereal, “Unicorn,” is too similar to the already produced Booty O’s. You can see a picture below to see for yourself:

The report also states that WWE had originally pitched the Booty O’s cereal idea to Kellogg’s back in 2016. However, the talks fell through, and therefore, WWE decided to produce the cereal themselves.  Here is the official 2016 launch on WWE:

We will continue to monitor this story and provide any updates as they become available to us.

I’m not sure what to make of this. This seems like a silly reason to go to court if you ask me, but with copyright being what it is, I guess anything is possible these days.
