WATCH: WWE Legends And Stars Watch Walter vs. Ilja Dragunov

They’re worth listening to. WWE is such a big company that it should be no surprise that they have a lot of resources available. One of the things that they can use is having all kinds of various veterans and wrestling legends who are there to help guide the younger wrestlers through their careers. What matters is whether the young wrestlers listen to them, and now they have another chance.

Last week on NXT UK, United Kingdom Champion Walter successfully defended his title against Ilja Dragunov in a match that has been fairly well received. The two beat the heck out of each other with some incredibly hard hitting chops and strikes, all of which left the other in some extreme pain. The match is worth another look and now some prominent wrestling names are giving it the attention that it deserves.

WWE has released a new video showing various current wrestlers and legends watching and breaking down the Walter vs. Dragunov match from last week. The video includes Shawn Michaels, Drew McIntyre, Wade Barrett, Sheamus and more watching the match and offering their insight into what is taking place. Michaels is one of the top trainers and backstage forces for NXT UK.

Opinion: I love this kind of thing and it is great to see such an awesome match getting this kind of attention. The wrestlers certainly seem impressed by what they were seeing and that is the kind of thing that makes it all the better. Hopefully more people get to see a match this good because NXT UK deserves more attention than it is getting more often than not.
