Beastus slayerus. I don’t think it’s any secret that Brock Lesnar is one of the biggest stars in wrestling history and someone who is rather difficult to defeat. It’s a pretty short list of people who have actually earned a win over him and that means a select list of moves that can put him down. That kind of a list is worth looking at over the years, especially when you look at all the different phases of Lesnar’s career.
That’s a wide variety.
WWE has released a new video looking at the finishing moves that have defeated Lesnar over the years. The list includes losses from his first run with the company in 2002-2004 and the modern version from 2012-present. There is also a moment from his time in the Ohio Valley Wrestling developmental promotion where he lost to a pretty big name. One of them isn’t quite what you might think of when you think of a defeat.
Opinion: It says a lot about Lesnar that it’s a rare thing to see him lose. You don’t get something like that with any wrestler very often but Lesnar has probably not even lost twenty matches by pinfall in his entire WWE career. It takes something special to beat him and whenever he loses the Universal Title, it’s going to be a big deal all over again. That’s the sign of a big champion, even if he’s rarely around.
Who do you think takes the title from Lesnar? Who do you want to see do so? Let us know in the comments below.
