When it Reigns, it’s time to eat. One of the biggest feuds in all of WWE at the moment is the battle between Roman Reigns and King Corbin. The feud has been going on for months now with both of them bringing in additional help in the forms of Dolph Ziggler, Robert Roode and the Usos. The whole thing is centered around one thing, and it came back on Corbin over the weekend.
Reigns and Corbin had already been feuding for a while when things got taken to another level. The moment took place in December, when Corbin and Ziggler handcuffed Reigns to the ring post and covered him in dog food. The idea was that since Reigns referred to himself as the Big Dog, he should eat like a dog. This did not set well with Reigns, and revenge had to be taken.
On Saturday night, Reigns and Corbin met at a live event in Dayton, Ohio, with a special stipulation. Upon losing the match, Corbin was forced to eat dog food at Reigns’ hands. The same stipulation is attached to various other matches currently scheduled between the two of them. After shoving the dog food into Corbin’s face, Reigns hit him with a Superman Punch to send Corbin outside.
It was quite the moment. Check out what set this up and what happened on Saturday:
Opinion: This might not be the best stipulation in the world but it is something that makes sense and is easy to follow. Fans are going to want to see this take place as Corbin is the kind of villain you want to see get what is coming to him. I know it isn’t much, but it is better than nothing being attached to the matches. It’s not like it hurts anything and maybe they can get a little boost out of it.
