VIDEO: Andrade Surprises Charlotte And Destroys A Box

It comes with being a couple. Wrestling relationships are a difficult thing to make work. WWE wrestlers are constantly moving around the country, if not the world, going to shows and doing whatever their bosses ask of them. It is even more difficult when they are bigger stars, but things can be a lot easier if they are on the same shows. Sometimes they get the chance to unwind, but that might not be the most traditional actions.

There are a variety of couples in WWE today and one of the most prominent is Charlotte and Andrade. The two of them have been dating since last year and both currently hold championships. With the nearly nationwide quarantine taking place, the couple has had some extra time together on their hands, meaning they can get in a little additional practice, albeit not in the most normal way.

Andrade has posted a video to his Instagram page, showing he and Charlotte at home. During the video, Andrade goes to hug Charlotte but then slams her onto a box in a surprise. Charlotte tries to get off of the box but falls off while laughing. Andrade, the current United States Champion, has been out of action for the last two weeks due to a rib injury which forced him to miss WrestleMania. There is no word on when he will be back in the ring.

Opinion: This is one of those things where the reaction from Charlotte makes the whole thing work. If this was staged, it is one of the better acted moments I’ve seen in a good while as the two of them seem to have done this on the fly. It was a funny reaction and all in good fun, which is as good as you can ask for in something like this. Hopefully Andrade gets back in the ring soon because he is too valuable to have out of action this long.
