He would know best. With WrestleMania 36 in the rear view mirror, it is time to start looking back on it and seeing what worked and what didn’t. One of the more interesting parts to the show was the absence of Roman Reigns, who missed the show due to worries about his health due to the Coronavirus. This is something that could take a long time to change and now we know a bit more about the situation.

As you might remember, Reigns returned from leukemia just over a year ago. It was quite the moment for both Reigns and WWE, partially because it was a very real life situation. Reigns had gotten better, but now there is a stronger chance for him to get sick again due to the spread of Coronavirus. This has already caused Reigns to miss WrestleMania, but how much longer could he be out?

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the ball is in Reigns’ court for when he wants to return to the ring. It is not clear when Reigns will feel comfortable doing so and it could be during or after the Coronavirus crisis. WWE is currently holding a marathon taping for the next several weeks of television. Reigns will not be present for those, meaning that barring a pre-taped segment, he will not appear on WWE TV for several weeks at minimum.

I think Reigns could have a spot waiting on him. Check out some of what he has done in the ring:

Opinion: This is one of those things where you really can’t fault Reigns whatsoever. He is someone with a very unique situation regarding his health and it would be foolish to get back in the ring at this point. It might not even be the best idea for everyone else in the first place, but Reigns’ situation makes it even more complicated. Hopefully he takes his time getting back because it is worth the wait.

When do you think Reigns will be back? What will he do when he gets back? Let us know in the comments below.
