Not quite yet? There are a lot of people on the WWE roster and there just is not enough room for all of them to get a chance on the television shows. That can become an issue as there are always going to be a lot of people left sitting around doing nothing and some of them do it from one. Earlier this week, one name was reported as being back on the road but it might have been a little less than accurate.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Luke Harper is not back on the road with the main roster despite being reported as doing so earlier this week. While Harper is said to be moving back to the roster, it is said to be a secret from most as it is not known to anyone on the company at the moment. Harper has only wrestled a handful of matches in nearly a year due to wrist surgery. Part of his current hiatus is due to Vince McMahon not being a fan of his match with Dominik Dijakovic at Worlds Collide.
This is the match that held Harper back. Check out his match with Dijakovic:
Opinion: I feel bad for Harper. He spent years as second (or third) banana to Bray Wyatt and now that he’s healthy, he can’t get back in the ring at all. You would think he would have a spot waiting on him just because of his look and size, but apparently that isn’t enough anymore. Hopefully he gets another chance as he has certainly earned one over the years.
What do you think of Harper? What could you see him do? Let us know in the comments below.
