Time to beef it up a little. One of the biggest storylines of the last few months has been the search to find out who attacked Roman Reigns. Two weeks ago, footage revealed that it was Erick Rowan who shoved over some crates in an attempt to injure Reigns, starting a big push for Rowan. This set up an obvious match between the two, and now it is going to be a different kind of match.
It has been announced that the previously scheduled match between Reigns and Rowan at Clash of Champions will now be a No Disqualification match. The announcement came on this week’s SmackDown Live after a big brawl between the two which saw Rowan hitting Reigns with a camera. This will be the first singles match between the two of them and Rowan’s first televised singles match since March 5.
This was a heck of a preview. Check out the brawl from SmackDown Live:
Opinion: This makes more sense than anything else they could do as the feud is over Rowan trying to take Reigns out. That makes it a little difficult to go with just a regular wrestling match so thankfully they’re upgrading it into something where the two of them can beat the heck out of each other, which is exactly what they should be doing in something like this.
