They’re Back? When You Might Be Seeing Three Former WWE Superstars Rumored To Return

They have a date in mind. There is something special about seeing a wrestler return after a long absence, especially if it might be something o a surprise. You might not know when such a return will take place and it makes for a special moment. Other times you might know something in advance though and that appears to be the case with a trio of expected upcoming returns.

Last week’s SmackDown featured a vignette from Karrion Kross and Scarlett. The vignette included three people hidden in shadows, which may have been a tease of the returning Authors Of Pain and Paul Ellering. According to PWInsider.com, the trio is expected to return on the January 5 SmackDown, which will be the New Year’s Revolution special. There is no word on what they will be doing on the show.

Opinion: This one has me interested in where things might be going and that should make for a good result. The Authors have not been around in almost four years and they should be able to slide right back in without much trouble. At the same time, it’s interesting to see the team have this fast of a turnaround, as they certainly aren’t waiting on anything to get to the return.
