That’s a pretty bad sign. When WWE decides they are finished with a wrestler, it becomes pretty clear that things are going downhill in a hurry. That has been the case several times this year alone and it seems that we are coming up on another departure from the company. As it turns out, one wrestler seems to be getting ahead of the news and getting away from WWE in advance.

Lio Rush has changed his Twitter account, removing all references to WWE and listing his email address for business inquiries and bookings. There is no word on when Rush’s WWE contract expires or a suggestion that he has been released, though he has not appeared on WWE television since WrestleMania 35. Rush has been in hot water with the company for weeks now and requested his release when his request for a raise was turned down.

This feels a little more true to life than expected. Check out Rush in trouble on Monday Night Raw:

Opinion: It’s pretty clear that, barring a major twist, Rush’s time in WWE is coming to an end. He wasn’t the biggest star in the world in WWE and now it looks like he is just about finished with the company. If Rush wasn’t happy in WWE then him leaving is the right call, as he can probably do rather well for him on the independent circuit. Some wrestlers just aren’t cut out for the company and if that is the case for Rush, so be it.

Will Rush ever be back on WWE TV? When will he leave the company? Let us know in the comments below.
