There’s A Lot To Pick From. WWE.com Lists Top 15 SmackDown Live Matches Of All Time

Get your lists ready. Back in 1999, WWE decided that they needed a second show to go along with Monday Night Raw. That would be SmackDown, which has stayed on the air for over nineteen years, putting together a heck of a history of its own. Therefore, there are quite a few matches to pick from over the years and that means it’s time to look back at some of those matches.

WWE.com has released a Top 15 list of the Greatest SmackDown Live matches in the show’s history. The matches range from the show’s debut episode all the way up through earlier this year to offer a wide range of options. The list was released as a way to help set up the 1000th episode of SmackDown Live on October 16. You can check out the full list at the above link but here are the top five.

Opinion: I can’t say I can go with a lot of this list as some of these fifteen matches seem to have been chosen for the date on which they took place rather than their quality. That being said, there are some gems in there that deserve the extra attention that they’re receiving here. The 1000th episode of SmackDown Live should be a lot of fun and there’s more than enough history to focus on around there.
