Ryback Says This WWE Official is a “Real Douchebag”

He’s at it again. Since leaving WWE last year, Ryback has had a lot to say about how much he disliked his time in WWE. It seems that we can’t go more than a few days without hearing Ryback complaining about something else and that’s the case again today as Ryback has taken aim at WWE Vice President of Talent Relations Mark Carrano.

On his “Conversations with the Big Guy” podcast, Ryback tells an odd story from after leaving the company when he got a text message from Carrano. WWE was in Las Vegas (where Ryback lives) and Carrano sent Ryback a text asking about the local weather. Transcript courtesy of Wrestlinginc.com:

“Last time they were here, no joke, when they were at the new T-Mobile Arena, Mark Carrano, this is already after I walked out on them, just so everybody knows, Mark Carrano f–king texts me, asking me about the weather in Las Vegas.” Ryback continued, “and, like, there was no communication after that and I was like, ‘why the f–k would you [text that] after I walk out of WWE?’ And it’s funny. And I don’t hate Mark and he has a s–tty job, but he’s a real douchebag and he knows it.”

Ryback also goes into his thoughts on the Royal Rumble, which he wasn’t thrilled with either.

“I enjoyed the parts [of the Royal Rumble] that I saw. And it was Randy. Randy was the winner. A lot of people will complain the WWE with [John] Cena and Randy however many years ago and that just goes back to my thing about WWE wanting to keep the marquee guys [on top]. Like, they don’t want to make any new stars kind of and I really believe that to an extent. But, like, I’m happy for Randy. Randy was always good to me as far as our communication and whatnot.”

I’ll give Ryback credit for getting twenty five episodes in to his podcast but at what point do people stop caring about what he says? Ryback was hot for a little while in WWE but at the end of the day he was hardly the top star and really didn’t get to do all that much in the company. This bitterness and anti-WWE stuff will last for awhile, though I don’t know how much of a shelf life it’s going to have.
