This is what counts as a dream match today. If there had to list off the two hottest topics in wrestling so far in 2017, Kenny Omega and the WWE UK Title tournament would be close to the top of the charts. As it turns out, they’ll be facing off in the ring at a show in the UK just after “Wrestlemania XXXIII”.

On April 14, the Fight Club: Pro promotion will be presenting a tag team showcase event featuring Omega/the Young Bucks vs. Tyler Bate/Trent Seven/Pete Dunne.

The match is currently on, though there is always the chance that one of the WWE signees could be pulled at the last minute. Seven is scheduled to make his “NXT” debut this coming Wednesday in a UK Title match.

That certainly feels like a big deal. While I’m not usually a fan of these dream matches, there’s something to be said for cashing in while the iron is hot. These guys are some of the biggest names in wrestling at the moment and it makes sense to sell a bunch of tickets for a match between them while the money is there to be made.

Which of these trios do you like more? Which would you like to see in WWE? Let us know in the comments below.
