That’s a lot of money. With AEW rising up and becoming a player in WWE, it’s no surprise that the WWE talent is interested in making the jump over to the new promotion. It’s flashy and fresh with a hungry fan base, plus a very rich owner who is willing to throw some money around. As it turns out, they’re willing to throw a lot of money at one pending free agent.

According to Slice Wrestling on Twitter, AEW has offered Dean Ambrose a contract for six million dollars a year with fewer dates than he is currently working for WWE. This amount is more than both Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins are currently making for WWE. Ambrose is currently scheduled to leave WWE at the end of the month and has not yet made his mind up about the offer from AEW.

If this is a real offer, this might have been the last Ambrose appearance. Check out his goodbye from after this week’s Monday Night Raw:

Opinion: Something tells me this might not be on the up and up. I know AEW has a fortune to spend, but six million dollars for a single year? That’s top level WWE money for a company that hasn’t run a show yet and is currently scheduled to run a handful of events this year. Ambrose would be a little insane to not take the offer so….I have no idea if he would be taking it or not.

Do you think Ambrose is going? Is he even leaving WWE? Let us know in the comments below.
