It’s an honor. There are a lot of accomplishments to be won in the WWE. This can include tournaments, major matches and titles, but there is one that may require a wrestler to wait a little bit longer. That would be the WWE Hall of Fame, which is quite the accomplishment, even though some fans aren’t exactly thrilled with the selection process. However, one top wrestler has a suggestion for a new inductee.
One of the major criticisms of the WWE Hall of Fame is how many wrestlers with few credentials get in. While the headliners are often hard to argue against, there are other names in the middle of the class who might make some people scratch their heads. Therefore, some input from the current roster might help and such assistance was recently offered.
Earlier this month, Randy Orton responded to a tweet asking who he thought should be part of the next Hall of Fame Class. Orton’s choice was Ken Shamrock, who wrestled for the WWE from 1997 until 1999, winning the Intercontinental and Tag Team Titles, plus the King of the Ring. Shamrock went on to become the first Impact Wrestling World Champion and has since returned to the promotion, where he is currently active.

Shamrock had some big matches in WWE. Check out one of his most important accomplishments:
Opinion: I mean, why not? Shamrock is a name that people will remember and he could bring in a few mixed martial arts fans at the same time. While I can’t imagine it happening while he is still on the active Impact Wrestling roster, it would not surprise me if he was inducted after leaving. I’m not sure how many people would have picked him off the top of their heads, but he is certainly a possibility down the line.
Would you like to see Shamrock inducted? Who else should be in the next class? Let us know in the comments below.
