Feel the Viper. One of the most commonly used moves in wrestling history is a cutter. While it was invented by Johnny Ace, it was made the most famous by Diamond Dallas Page who called it a Diamond Cutter. It’s a simple, fast move that looks flashy and can be done in a variety of ways. One such way is the RKO, which is basically a jumping Diamond Cutter. This brings up the obvious question of which version is better.

With Diamond Dallas Page being announced for the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2017, Randy Orton has weighed in on the question while also promoting the “WWE Champions” mobile game. Orton made a post on Twitter, saying that there was no contest between the two of them because it only takes one RKO to go to Viperville.

He also posted the following video:

Opinion: I know the tagline is the RKO can hit out of nowhere but I think people forget how true that was of the Diamond Cutter as well. Page claimed to have some ridiculous number of ways to hit the thing and he came close on many occasions. He really could hit that thing from a ton of angles and it made the move all the more devastating.

Which move do you like better? Who could hit one more out of nowhere? Let us know in the comments below.
