Orange Cassidy Reaches A Special Accomplishment (Twice)

Good for him. The rise of AEW has changed the wrestling world in a lot of ways and that has been a good thing. Sometimes things need to be shaken up for the sake of making things a little bit better and that is what they have done this time around. There are several factors that have made the situation better, and now one of those reasons has pulled off a nice accomplishment.

One of the big reasons that AEW has worked so well is they feel fresh. There are a lot of wrestlers that are being presented on their programming that fans have not seen before and it makes things feel a little better. Some of these names have become quite the stars in their own right, with one in particular reaching the top of a list that matters quite a bit in the wrestling world.

In a new interview with Chris Van Vliet, Pro Wrestling Tees Ryan Barkan revealed that Orange Cassidy has the two top selling shirts on the website of the year. The top selling shirt of the year features Cassidy’s thumbs up and the second featured Cassidy’s plain photo. AEW shirts also took the fourth and fifth spots on the list with the Inner Circle’s Stadium Stampede shirt and Chris Jericho’s Guns N Roses shirts in the slots respectively.

Opinion: This is quite the accomplishment for someone like Cassidy, who was virtually an unknown in the wrestling world before he came to AEW. He has gone from almost nothing to the top of a pretty big list, even beating out people like Jericho. Cassidy has been impressive and shows just how far AEW has come in such a short amount of time. Not bad, especially considering he has both of the top spots.
