That’s kind of vague. With so many WWE stars on the roster, it can be tricky to keep track of what everyone is doing at any given time. A wrestler being gone could mean any of a long list of situations, some of which are more serious than other. One of the possible explanations is that the company simply has nothing for them, which hopefully is what is actually going on in this case.
On July 29, Lacey Evans did not take part in a scheduled match against Aliyah, with the explanation being that she was not medically cleared to compete. According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com, Evans is still being described as “medically unavailable”, which is the same term that was used to describe Nikkita Lyons, who missed last week’s SmackDown. Evans has not wrestled since a live event on July 19.
"Medically sidelined" was the phrase WWE gave me when I asked https://t.co/oFIWyrDhZV

Opinion: I’m not sure what is going on with Evans but hopefully she is back soon. Evans has not been around very long since her big return due to maternity leave and it would be nice to see her around for a little while. Medically unavailable could mean all kinds of things and she could be out of action for a long time. If nothing else, WWE could certainly use the extra hand in its women’s division.
