Official “Monday Night Raw” Preview – April 2, 2018

Time to go home. We’re less than a week away from “Wrestlemania XXXIV” and that means we have one more episode of “Monday Night Raw” and “Smackdown Live”. Today will see the final red show as WWE gets ready for New Orleans. Tonight’s show is likely to be a little less action packed than most episodes but the hard sell is going to be in full swing as they don’t have much time otherwise.

Here are last week’s results if you need a recap.

WWE.com has released its official preview for this week’s episode of “Monday Night Raw”. The preview looks at six stories, most of which have major “Wrestlemania” implications. The top stories are of course focused on the top matches, including the Ronda Rousey/Kurt Angle vs. Triple H/Stephanie McMahon tag match, Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar and the potential Undertaker vs. John Cena match. There are some other stories too, which will be getting their own attention. Here are the featured stories.

Opinion: This is always going to be a weird show as WWE won’t want to run the risk of an injury with six days to go before “Wrestlemania”. There’s a lot going on this week but I’d expect a lot of talking to dominate the show. You also might expect a bunch of tag matches and there’s nothing wrong with that to fill in some of the time. There also might be a bunch of names announced for the battle royals as there’s not a lot of time left for people to declare.
