Did you miss it? WWE has been doing everything they can to get people’s attention. There are only so many ways to get fans to watch though, as the company has presented their material in so many different ways. That’s when you need to come up with something new, which is what WWE did earlier this year. It was called Raw Underground, but there was something different about it this week.

Raw Underground is one of the stranger ideas that the company has presented in a long time. The idea sees Shane McMahon running his own underground fight club, featuring wrestlers of all levels in something more akin to mixed martial arts. The fights have been hard hitting and violent, with a few stars getting some attention they wouldn’t otherwise. That wasn’t the case this week though, and for a good reason.

According to Fightful Select, there was no Raw Underground this week due to a lack of people being available. The Performance Center is undergoing a Coronavirus outbreak and since many of the people around ringside at Raw Underground are from the Performance Center, there were not enough people available. The Raw Underground segments are filmed in advance but the segments were deemed unnecessary this week.

It has gone well enough so far. Check out what happens on Raw Underground:

Opinion: That certainly makes sense, though the interesting part about this is how noticeable it was to not have Raw Underground. The segments are not for everyone, but they offer a little breather from everything else that is going on during the show. Throwing the segments out there allows a little breather from the regular Monday Night Raw so I could go for Raw Underground for a little bit longer.

What do you think of Raw Underground? Where should it go? Let us know in the comments below.
