New Title Match Confirmed For WrestleMania

They earned it. We are coming up on WrestleMania 38 and that means it is time to really hammer home the card. With so many things left to go, WWE has a lot of work to do to set everything up. The good thing is that they can take some shortcuts with the amount of championships that they have around. Another WrestleMania title match has officially been set up.

This week on SmackDown, Rick Boogs defeated Jey Uso in a singles match. Due to a pre-match stipulation, Boogs and Shinsuke Nakamura will receive a SmackDown Tag Team Title match at WrestleMania 38. This will be Boogs and Nakamura’s first shot at the titles and their first ever match against the Usos. There is no word on whether the match will take place on WrestleMania Saturday or Sunday.

Opinion: This is the kind of match that needed to be added to the card, just to help burn up some of the time on the card. It takes a lot to fill in that kind of time over the course of two nights and WWE is doing what they can to cover the two nights. This is one of the best things that they can do and it should work out well as a match. Nakamura and Boogs are as good of a choice for challengers as you can get and a title change wouldn’t shock me.
