Which Monday Night Raw Match Really Impressed Vince McMahon?

Always please the boss. I don’t think it’s a secret that Vince McMahon is still the most important man in wrestling history. Despite not being around nearly as much lately, he’s still the man who runs the WWE and that isn’t likely to change until McMahon is no longer with us. That means his opinion still means more than anyone else’s and if you can impress him, you’re doing something right. As it turns out, two people did something right last night.

According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, McMahon was reportedly very impressed with the Tag Team Title match from this week’s Monday Night Raw. The match saw Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre retain the titles against the Revival. During the match, the Revival used a variety of moves they haven’t used in a long time, including a modified Doomsday Device.

Gee I wonder what this clip is going to be.

Opinion: And that is why you always put in everything you can in every match. It may not seem like it at times, but someone is going to take notice when you’re putting in the effort. It may be at a house show, it may be in a squash or it may be on a pay per view, but someone is going to see what’s going on and that’s going to get you somewhere if you’re willing to put the work in. I hope all four get something out of this, because the match was a lot of fun.
